Refurbished Laptop Warranty: 

All Reftro refurbished laptops come with a default warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase, covering any technical defects that may arise during normal use.

1. The warranty does not cover any physical damage, including but not limited to broken, burnt, or water-damaged laptops. Such damages will be chargeable for repairs, and the cost will be borne by the customer.

2. If the customer wishes to extend the warranty to 1 year, they can avail themselves of the extended warranty option by paying an additional charge of Rs. 2000 at the time of purchase for Dell, Hp and Lenovo Laptops whereas Rs. 5000 For Apple Macbooks.

3. The extended warranty will cover technical defects only and does not cover physical damages as mentioned in point 2.

100 Days Money Back Guarantee:

1. Reftro offers a 100 Days Money Back Guarantee on all refurbished laptops purchased from our store.

2. Within the first 100 days from the date of purchase, customer can return laptop for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

3. The laptop must be in working condition without any physical damage or signs of misuse.

4. The laptop must be returned with all the original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

5. A usage charge will be deducted from the refund amount based on the period of usage, as follows: 

•  1-30 Days : Rs. 2500 will be charged for Dell, Hp and Lenovo Laptops whereas Rs. 5000 For Apple Macbooks
• Over 31-100 Days : Additional Rs. 100 Per Day will be charged for Dell, Hp and Lenovo Laptops whereas Rs. 200 Per Day For Apple Macbooks.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The warranty and money-back guarantee are applicable only to the original purchaser of the refurbished laptop from Reftro.

2. Any repair or replacement under warranty will be carried out by Reftro or its authorized service partners.

3. The warranty and money-back guarantee are void if:

4. The laptop has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

5. The serial number or any other identification labels have been removed, altered, or made illegible.

6. This warranty and return policy are subject to the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.

7. Reftro reserves the right to modify or update this warranty and return policy at any time without prior notice.
